Insole preparation

Leather insole with channel is used instead of cotton rib for our goodyear welted shoes

Side lasting

Side lasting is done by hand which is more suitable than by machine 

Heel Padding

Heel padding machine makes the seat very flat and clean

Sole leveling

Leveling machine ensures a flat sole edges
